We take what appears to be the wrong way, but it is a lot more FUN way to get to our destination. We travel up to Springbrook to take in the magical vista of the Surfers Paradise skyline, where we are ultimately heading. The road up to Springbrook is a tight and twisty one, much fun to be had. We travel past Hinze Dam- the Gold Coast's water supply and a great looking lake. We then take to the streets of Surfers Paradise and do a lap of the Indy V8 Supercar track- with the general traffic unfortunately.
